At Balanced Heart Bakery, we pour our heart into every bake, ensuring they’re fresh and made with the best ingredients. Because our goodies are perishable, we generally can’t accept returns or offer refunds once your order leaves our bakery.
What if something goes wrong?

Damaged on Arrival: If your bakes arrive significantly damaged or squashed and are genuinely unsuitable to eat due to transit, please contact us right away. We’ll assess the situation to get you a refund. Please know that minor imperfections or slight damage that doesn’t affect the product’s integrity won’t qualify.

Incorrect Address: It’s super important to double-check your shipping address when you order! We can’t be responsible for parcels that can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, and we won’t be able to issue a refund in these cases once the package has left us.
